Hi all, I have a 2011 2.7 Tx petrol, almost equivalent to your gxl, its not the fastest but this small engine is like a workhorse, never give up, cheap and simple maintenance, low fuel comsumption, really few reported problems. That was the reason why I bought petrol instead of diesel. But now, second hand diesels Vx (almost like your kakadu, with kdss, air suspension, leather, rear diff lock, radar cruise, etc...) are sold just 3-4K more than petrols like mine (a little suspicious
), when new where like 25k more, actually second hand diesel tx are sold almost like 2.7 petrols tx. Looks very tempting because all bells and whistles Vx have. Of course, horror stories about 1kdftv are the bad part. Here petrol v6 is very rare, actually never saw one 150 series v6. Mine is 70,000 km. Looking similar mileage, what would you recommend in your personal experience, what to look for, injector, turbo, transmission, etc. I dont do off road, just city driving and maybe every two months a highway 300km trip. Really appreciate your opinions.
