When we bought the first Prado in 2005 we picked it up in Adelaide on a Saturday morning and drove the three hours to get home. Once home we got changed into the glad rags to go to a wedding, couldn't resist taking a detour into some sand dunes to test the new toy out, no compressor, no deflators, no shovel no nuthin as it was only about 5 hours old. Yeah got it bogged Not badly though and managed to get myself out.

          Cheers Andrew

Got to love the "it will be okay, wont take long" detours.

              Me, yes.

Couple that the welding was for, I think so, Trish's work mate who no longer lives around here so haven't seen them for a few years.

              Cheers Andrew

I have the opposite problem, the detour is not an issue, but Trish wants to drive!

                Cheers Andrew

No, she just likes wheelin, and is more than capable of handling most situations.
