Good service deserves recognition.
I recently bought a kit from the Ledlad to replace my internal lights with leds. I have a 2008 Prado 120 GXL Diesel. When I started installing them I found that several did not work. Slightly miffed, I emailed the Ledlad and asked if he would replace the faulty ones. This was on Saturday. Within an hour he had replied that I may have installed them incorrectly as they are polarity sensitive.
Went back out to the car, changed them around and all was well. (I am an idiot)
Emailed him back and he also said he would send me a free upgrade to a new 48 led pad for the centre light as I had commented that I thought I could do with a second one of those.
Responding like that on a weekend and being so positive about his product was excellent. This guy deserves our business.
