gps loss of sound?

Hello, I have a prado 2014 kakadu but have lost the voice provided on the gps unit. The vioce that lets you know when you have taken a wrong turn etc. The manual does not seem to be of any assistance that works. The general sound for music, phone and beeps still works fine.
Anyone have any advice or similar problems Thanks for your help

On my 2009 Kakadu there is a "Map/Voice" button to the left of the GPS display, you just push this to get the voice back. Looking at some dealer pics I see the layout is different on the 2014 so not sure where this button/feature now resides sorry.

thanks Fido666 I still haven't been able to get the voice back - very frustrating - next try may be to disconnect the battery and see if it resets.
Maybe there is a reset function on the gps??
