I purchased a sovereign bullbar for my 120 series however the bloke has supplied the wrong bracket. The bracket he gave me fits to the chassis perfectly but has a flat face where it mountsit to the bar instead of a stepped face. Can someone shed some light on what bracket i might have. Pretty sure its genuine. Also has anyone got a sovereign chassis-bullbar mount.Click image for larger version

You have been provided with the new recall brackets. The other one in the picture is the outdated bracket.

Even so, wouldnt the mating point between the bullbar and the bracket remain unchanged?

Whatever you do, before you put it on undo EVERY nut and bolt and Loktight them and do them up tight! Corrugations tend to loosen them so this will solve a problem before it occurs. Also, have a look in the 120 bull bar recall thread and you may find a few pictures.

              Hi,
I too have bought a used Sovereign bar.
I'm new to this although I can't help you with your problem, I have a related question.
How do you remove the factory plastic bumper the corners under the guard have some large plastic clips .
I didn't know if you reef it off or by some other means so I put it back and was going to leave it to a pro and get them to fit the new bar.
