Problem with Hands Free on 2012 VX

I have 2012 VX. Problem I have is making calls via Siri. Phone is connected to the Bluetooth, when I activate Siri on my IPhone 5s it puts the call through then the system automatically disconnects the call. I have disconnected and deleted the phone, had Toyota look it during servicing, they had no idea. Ideas?
