Hi All,
New to this forum, just bought my first prado (2nd hand - 2013 model) and I'm yet to get the service manual. The car came with the problem that the intermittent wiper setting runs the wipers continuously also when you turn the wiper off from any setting it parks anywhere on window.
I have tried replacing the switch on the steering wheel but this has failed to fix the problem. So I'm thinking it may be a problem with the park switch in the wiper motor? Before I attempt to pull it out and see if i can fix it, can anyone with a manual tell me what the colours on the five wires that go to the motor do? I'm just trying to find the two that go to the switch so i can test if the switch is changing status based on which position the motor is in.
