Glind Heat exchanger

I need to find out the radiator flow direction to install my hot water heat exchanger in the engine bay.

Also the steel hose across the top of the engine. Could I bypass that to divert it thought the heat exchanger? Or is there some significance to them?

I have a 2016 GXl 150 series. Could anyone help me?
