120 4.0 shake in park

Hey guys, first time long time. Recently purchased a petrol /lpg 120 with 85k on the clock. It’s very clean but after coming home after a short trip I put it in park and gave it a good rev to just check out how it was I guess. Upwards of 4K it revved fine but the car shook a bit. Hopefully the community has some ideas as to what is causing this... it drives fine
