Dynamic cruise control Prado 150

Hiii good morning prado expert.. I have plan to buy dynamic cruise control radar for my 2010 prado 150 2TR-FE. Behind the grille it looked factory wire, and i believe the wire is for radar. If I install the radar also button in steering wheel, the dynamic cruise control can active? Thank you and highly appreciate for response.
