Prado Height Control Values

Hello, i own a prado 150 European specs. I had just replaced my height control sensors now i am currently facing a problem where when i take raise the car to HI it will raise the car but then it would not go to N until i reset/clear the DTC codes. The air compressor seems to be fine the air spring seems to be fine infact i had also changed tge rear shocks to new ones. I am trying to find out what are the correct values for both Lo, N and HI so i could maybe put it manually on the machine to match to those values. Even the shocks has three options of comfort normal and sports do i also have to set that.

please help i am badly stuck.

This is the first time I've heard of the height sensor needing to be replaced.
It is also odd that it knows where the N position is so possibly not an installation issue.

Have you replicated the position of the link on the slot with the old one?

I think there is an issue with the message to lower the height. Maybe the button has an issue and you might have to meter it out to see if the pins are responding to the switch position.

Hi, i replaced it because the metal rods attached to it kind of cracked. Nothing wrong with the Lowering side as when i clear thr DTC it will lower down the car.

Hello Guys, would like to give up an update for what I did.. ok first, I got new set of height control links and changed them. played around with the Links but no luck there.

Below is what all I checked.

1. got air compressor checked - No Problem
2. checked the cables connected to the compressor to the valve to the Air spring boosters - No Leakage

I still see the lean on Right Rear about 2 inches.

At this point I don't know if the booster is weak on the RR as I had them changed to see but at that time it used to do the same thing however there was a unnoticeable leak which was fixed.

been almost 10 days now been checking different things but I don't see any solutions to this so far.

PS : the front coil springs were changed as the old ones was worn off but I don't think it would be due to that.

You have a Mitsubishi but are calling Kia and Hyundai lesser brands? Where have you been last 10 years? Those Korean companies are directly competing with Toyota as far as quality and reliability is concerned
