I am planning to just cover the board in carpet and attach the Drifta box. I have ordered a side wing kit for the drifta, thinking of asking drifta to make me up a section to cover the LHS factory wing area. Once I finish, you wont be able to see the back of the board (passenger seat end) and I then have to modify my cargo barrier to suit the new set up. Yeah, bloody 5 countersunk bolts cost me $23 delivered (Stainless steel bolts), could only get 70mm. Not to stressed about the passenger end (ie rivnuts). Too bloody expensive for me, if it rattles I reckon a couple of nice metal screws will secure it and shut up the noise .

Fun isn't it! So you found some countersunk bolts, well done. Sorted the rivnuts out at the front?
Still happy I kept the tie downs as they come in handy. Are you going to use the factory trims at the back? Hard to tell from the photo whether you have a second thickness at the back or not. It brings the board below the rubber trim, also if you have a half round bit rout the edges and the carpet rolls over easily.
Good job!

I know its not looking like much, but sorted out the 31mm spacers underneath my false floor and drilled my mount bolts. Just waiting for the countersunk bolts to arrive from ebay. Picking up my Drifta box next week.
