Only the rear links. I am running the Airbagman Airbags which are taller and haven't even looked like popping out (touch wood....) If you're concerned about the airbags popping out, have a look at amts 120 Prado Grande airbag spacer thread in the For Sale section

I used a Deutsche connector on my rear light and will be doing the same on my light bar. Works well.

Hi Craig,
Just looking at your LED Light bar setup. You mentioned that you occasionally like to remove the platform. Do you have a quick - disconnect plug or similar for the light bar for when you remove the platform?
Im about to do the same, but I like the look of a double row light bar, and was thinking something like an anderson plug up behind the bar to unplug it if/when I removed my rack.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Well I couldn't resist the killer deal that Mick at OziOffroad was offering on the Runva 11XP winches. Hopefully it'll be the Limited Edition Black one which will make it a little easier to get past SWMBO! The Magnum winch I currently have is working OK at the moment, but following an overhaul on the old girl, I dont have the confidence in it that I should so the Runva will definitely restore that faith...

Alternator was hurriedly rebuilt last night by my ever so reliable auto leccy. What a champion! If anyone ever needs a auto sparky in Brisbane, send me a PM and I'll pass on Gordon's details.
Anyhow, heading down to Woodenbong Pub for an overnighter now so I can get an early start at Levuka.

Nothing like giving her a good clean.
A great excuse to now go and get her dirty....

Look on the bright side, it could be worse Craig if you only found out on the weekend...

hopefully it comes good mate, can you try and disconnect the alternator plug and put it back in? It might be loose. I had a problem like this in an old hilux I had, hopefully its that simple.

I told you not to use the sand blaster to clean the engine bay! Hopefully a simple fix.

Bugga... They do say things happen in 3's Went to start up the Prado tonight to go get some fuel and battery was flat as a tack. ignition was left on (probably me) Jump started her up from the dual battery and found that the Alt is not charging. Took it for a drive and battery sitting on 12.3V which is probably because the dual Batt is keeping it up. Reving the engine doesn't change the voltage level whatsoever. Checked all fuses and cleaned up the battery posts. Nothing obvious.... Looks like a rescue call to my Auto leccy in the morning as I need the Prado running for Saturday. Must've upset something when detailing the engine bay on the weekend... This tops off the last 2 days with the microwave sh^%ting istelf, followed by the dishwasher hav'n a hissy fit. There goes my new winch money...
