Took delivery of my new 150 GXL 2.8Lt Turbo back in March 2016, my first mod was to purchase 5 new Cooper S/T Maxx tyres (265 65 17) was able to get a good trade in on the standard tyres.
My wish list:-

Done - 2" OME lift
Done - Rubber mats front & rear
Done - Canvas seat covers
Done - Bonnet protector
Done - Weather shields
Done - ARB Black deluxe winch bar
Done - ARB Intensity, AR21 driving Lights
Done - Tinted windows

Done - GME TX3350 two way
Future - Winch (Brand?)
Future - ARB side steps & brush bars (On order)
Future - Draw system
Future - Fridge Freezer ( Probably Everkool 75Lt )
