Not sure yet - we could only guess at the start but it will be weighed when fully completed. But I do know it will be much lighter than the Troopie conversion from ALu Cab.

Strewth, the top just came back from spray painting and will be fitted it the next day or 2. Much of the rest of the build is happening outside the vehicle - cabinets, water tanks etc- it looks like nothing is happening when you look at the vehicle. I should have something next week. We will probably be done end of July. Should have been earlier, but I keep adding things for them to do, and due to the extensive load shedding we are experiencing, much is happening in slow motion.

The rooftop is being prepared for the tent and that should be done this week. I met with the tent maker and he will do the pockets inside to my specifications. Everything is custom as I want it.
The top looks "big" but remember the rubbers still needs to be fitted between the top and the vehicle.
Thereafter the floor of the bed will be fixed in place.
Drawers are off to the bending people (aluminium drawers) and things are coming together nicely now
