I usually do said run with a Twin Turbo 16 RR sport so it will be fine. . A few of the roads from dimboola across to Elmore way are the typical Vic single lane bitumen with dirt each side. Car comes other way you slow down and drop left side in the dirt (hard packed).
We've got 24" rims on the RR sport and it doesn't bother it.
Or just keep going at Dimboola to Melbourne then up the Hume to snowfields.
Come back across the back way I described.

Head to Melbourne. Turn left at dimboola then right a couple kms later. and head thru St Arnaud and back roads. Pop out at Violet town, Eildon and Mansfield. quickest way there.
Scenery from Mansfield out is awesome.

High Altitude Short Travel Recomandation
Hi,
I am thinking of having a short trip to somewhere in the big mountain on the 12th of June. It would be great if the place is high, cold and little bit snowy. We live in Adelaide and can only spare at most 0.5+3+0.5 days for this trip. I can only think out the High Country but am not sure about the condition. The Arkaroola is another option, but it is more like outback scenery. Anyone can throw light upon a winter short travel for Stock Prado?Tags: None
