    Please welcome Bailey’s Diesel Group as our newest retail member.

    Bailey’s Diesel Group have been working hard to develop a cost effective and reliable solution to the injector issues in the D4D.

    Bailey’s Diesel Group have been involved in Diesel fuel injection and Turbochargers for over 40 Years. Their family (the Baileys – who still own 100% of the business) have produced 5 world patents – with another pending revolving around Diesel Injection / servicing and Diesel combustion.

    Whilst repaired automotive equipment has always been part of their history, the company has concentrated its efforts in power generation, shipping and locomotives (up to 30,000HP).

    When they heard of the issues that Toyota owners were having with the D4D and Denso injectors, they decided to divert their research and development from higher level industrial applications to the consumer vehicle market to provide a solution that was both cost effective and high quality.

    What we’ve produced, we’re exceptionally happy with”, states Matt Bailey, the General Manager of Bailey’s Diesel Group. “When compared to the Denso alternative, our injectors give engine performance, idle and audible knock far better than the new injectors, are half the price, as well as we offer a 2 year warranty – we are so sure of our product.”

    Injectors come fully overhauled, coded and ready for installation. They are currently working on a ‘DIY’ kit with all required parts and manuals.

    Bailey’s Blueprint Injectors are offered on an exhange basis. Please check out their Pradopoint store for more information:

        HI Sol;
        Not yet sorry mate; Thus far we've been concentrating our efforts on the 'highest problem' vehicles, and so far have covered the 095000-778 and 095000-829 injectors - which covers from 2005-oct 2009 D4D.

        Luckily for us, Denso were not so creative, and largely, these injectors all follow the same basic design and principles. So now we've worked out the flaws and reliability issues, its 'simply' settings, codings and Testing. So we should be able to rattle off a new part number every 3-4 weeks.

        We currently have a Poll up on our Facebook page about which vehicle we look at next. its shaping up to be either the Land Cruiser and its 3 varients or Navara and its 2 varients.
        Again PP members;
        Thanks for the positive feedback
        Matt

              Can we please be informed of your official position on the brass washer issue?
              You have been informed we have found a 70%+ per vehicle failure rate.
              Dozens have been found leaking & many blocked oil pickups, including members here.
              You have asked for another week or 2, a number of times, it's now been over 6 months since you were informed of the issue. Great you changed to genuine washers right away.
              But what about the many loyal customers who supported you for years?
              Please help them.

              Do you need some more time?

                These are your brass washers, too hard. Can't squash.

                These are your DLC coated as you call "spindles"

                Have they been a problem? Doesn't look good.
