Prado 150 - Bash Plates

I am after a set of near new genuine bash plates from a 150 series Prado.
Can pick up from anywhere in Victoria.

I think the correct terminology for the Toyota Genuine protections plates is "stone guards". Calling them bash plates is overstating their usefulness .

Though, since you're asking about them, I presume your originals have been bashed into a shape that is barely distinguishable now? If that's the case, then I'd encourage you to check out the steel bash-plate options. One of the PP members, AMTS, designs and manufacturers his own and has them listed for sale in the "For Sale" thread. There are several "buy now" options, including Brown Davis, TJM, and others.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

You are correct in saying that my "Stone Guards" have been well used.

The reason I am looking for a set of stock "Stone Guards" is so when I return my company car everything under the car looks good again.

I am considering getting some of the bash plates advertised in the forums to use between now and the time the vehicle is due to be returned.

FWIW, I (and many others on this forum) have reconditioned their own bash plates; a bit of hammering, rust converter, and chassis black returns them to an acceptable state. Still, if someone is offering their set, then that may save you some hammering.
