Another cracked head story
337000 kms and, yes, the dreaded cracked head/gasket leak has appeared. Symptoms were a cloud of white vapour and a burnt glycol smell from the exhaust...Last edited by hux22; 01-08-2015, 09:54 PM.

Resolved!
It was the main changeover fuel solenoid that died. New genuine unit $350 and all is good.

I have a 3 litre diesel.
I usually fill both tanks then run the small tak out first then...
