Custom Side Steps

G'day again.

After dinging one of the original side steps on the trip to Mt. Mee a few weeks ago I decided to get the shop next door to make me something a bit more substantial:



2" Tube and Box Steel



Add a few bracers



Paint em up and a close up of bracing



Add propellor plate and whack em on

THEN TEST THEM!

And are are they secured to the chassis rails?

G'day Addy.

No, I didn't make themself (not smart enough on the hot axe for that!). The business next door makes custom trikes and he made them up for me - $850.00 fitted.

Damien, they are clamped to the chassis rails with two pieces of 8mm steel plate and two bolts per fixing point.
