I had seen the advert in a mag recently and thought that for the $$$$ it seemed reasonable value for new plates.
Good to see that they also cater for the 150 series.

      cheers

yeah i saw that ad in a recent magazine as well. It looks like they cover from the bullbar all the way back to the rear tailshaft. Oceanrider, any chance of a couple more pics showing what they cover ??? I noticed your original ones looking a little worse for wear.
        Cheers

I went and had a look yesterday and the ones fitted to their Hilux looked fine, in all reality as long as they cover the areas required and are sturdy (3mm) they will do the job.

The paint is average and rubbing off already, SA5 coating option would be good, and the bolt heads aren't protected so will be susceptible to damage. The salesman also offered to fit while you wait for $88.00 which I thought was reasonable.

See ya on the tracks, Richo.

Can you get the individual plates or do you have to buy the whole lot? I have the TJM Sump guard but need something to replace the front guard. I know TJM do one for about $270 just wondered how much the Ironman one would be.

I knew about these 12 months ago and told a few people. I'm glad the release date was delayed as I am very happy with amts plates. That said, in the absence of his plates I beleive i would get these ones.

Hey trekrider, im in the same situation as you. I just ordered the front tjm one as well for 240 Will be picking it up when in syd next week. I noticed the new sump guard they do doesn't have the front diff exposed anymore. I checked ATMs and theirs in suitable either, looks like tjm are the only ones that suit if you only need the front one
                Cheers Phil

Whats about amts plates? They have all relevant holes/accesses

I thought the amts plates were a complete set - I only want the one to replace the Toyota front guard as I already have the TJM (old style) sump guard.

Your old one would make pretty scrap metal

I spoke to the guy from amts at length, and we went thru all the options. I sent him a photo of the tjm one i already have on. The amts one is a complete piece where the original toyo one is in 2 pieces. The tjm is the only one that is in 2 pieces and can match up with the original ones. If i was buying the whole lot it would be amts for me, but i'm going tjm to save a few bucks.
                            Hope this helps trekrider.
                            Cheers

Thanks Phil, I contacted Andrew as well and came to the same conclusion that the only way to match up with my TJM was to get the other TJM one to go with it.
