Hi I am looking for a bit more space to carry those bigger bulky light stuff and figured a roof rack is the way to go. Just interested in what you all think is a good rack. I want full length steel or alloy type rack. I know ARB,TJM and many others make these racks but can't seem to find pics of these racks on a 120 series. I would like to see what you all have on yours maybe some pics. I just want something that still looks good so it can stay on. Any feedback on the Tigerz11 racks to.

This is my 120 with the ARB steel rack which is a great solid rack, just gets a bit noisy at 100km/h which is most of the driving that I do hence I am looking at other options at the moment in terms of something that can be removed and re installed relatively quickly and easily.Attached FilesJustin

I am also looking for a 4kg gas bottle bracket for the ARB rack but they dont make one so might have to make one up with the welder.

The case is a "Trunk locker", found it on ebay last year, it's 900mm wide, 550mm front to back and 360mm high. It's secured by ratchet straps on the handles on both sides. I don't think I have any other photos of it loaded but I'll have a look and let you know if I find any.
I normally carry my gas bottle on the camper trailer but on the odd ocasion that I have needed to put it on the roof I have put it inside an old milk crate and tied it down to the rack with a ratchet strap.Justin

ARB steel rack, very sturdy. Not cheap, but when you load it up you want to drive along feeling confident...

I've got a tigerz11 rack, full length $300. Looks pretty good, obviously you get what you pay for quality wise, but mine bolted up easy and I am very happy with it.

170 kgs weight is pretty good. most will only do 150max.

I have the Black Widow Alloy rack and had to load it up for the move across the Nullabor, it preformed really well. It is light enough that the wife and I can lift it off to fit in the garage. It make a bit of noise at 100km, but I think they all suffer from that.
