There are existing pre-drilled holes but the spacing won't be right. You will need to drill your own holes. Given that you are buying a platform that was not designed to fit onto the Prado (like I did) you will need to drill your own holes anyway.

      Hi Amts,

The 42107 platform is designed for the prado though. According to Rhino's website anyway. I was just wondering if they allow it to sit further back on the car to spread the load over the back legs a bit more. I like the idea of a 2.2m platform but it is a bit unconventional on a vehicle with only 3 pairs of legs. Most 2.2m platforms Ive seen have been on cruisers and patrols with 4 pairs of legs.

You are right. Sorry, I thought that it didn't.

If you look at the fitting chart you can see the location of the holes.

Thanks for the link. Looks like drilling is an option as the other holes arent on the same line. Hopefully it doesnt impact on any warranty issues.

Im sure it would void the warranty, but Ive had mine on "modified" for a few months now with no issues and a Rooftop tent etc to Fraser island and back from Canberra. Ive just uploaded some pics into my build thread to see the distance for the holes, its very minimal and an easy job to do.
