Who made this Bullbar?

Hi,
Just bought this 2008 Diesel GXL with bullbar. Several issues with it, so with a view to following them up I need to know the maker. There are no stickers or other identifying marks on it, but I figure someone here will recognise the design.

It's a TJM T13 bar (old style).

Do you know if there were any issues with the welds cracking behind the uprights?
