Hey all, iv read some other threads about these racks and havnt come across my concern.

I just purchased and fitted one to my Prado. But I am not happy with the mountings, as nothing seals the factory mounting holes from the rain etc.

Has anyone had any issues with water getting anywhere it shouldn't or rust?

Fill the area with silicon. I believe all the brands recommend that.

I have a similar one. I would change it for an ARB one if I could but it does the job and has not failed me yet.

Yea I was looking at the tracklander but for $1800 they can keep it
