You may find that there isn't enough flow/ hot enough radiator fluid in the car to get it like a normal shower.
Yes that's my thoughts too. You've given me a idea. If I slow down the shower water passing through the heat exchanger it will have a better chance to get warm. There again I thought the engine ran at something close to 98 degrees. That should be way more than sufficient to create a hot shower. Hmmm.... back to the engine bay for some more testing.

I used a plastic container and recirculated the water till not enough to shower.. Then just ran the pump.
At full flow with the big pump, it won't get hot enough.

Well the shower is now completed. Garage tested and although I can't vary the heat like I could on my old vehicle, the water is warm enough to hopefully keep the complaints to a minimum. Now to road test it. I have mounted the heat exchanger and the pump in the space behind the grill. Hopefully this doesn't block too much air getting to the radiator but I'm confident. Fitted switch and hose connections under the bonnet.

We mounted the glind heat exchanger just below the heater hoses on the firewall. Same mount for the 120 and 150. Pump is in the corner behind the fuel filter. Run two hoses to the front in the bullbar for water in / out. Adjust the temperature by varying the engine revs. Idle is ok when motor is hot but dependent on the ambient air so a piece of bent weld rod is our idle up. 1200 rpm seems to work well. The 120 and 150 don't have a water control valve so to check what is in and out, run the air fan at full speed and of the two hoses the hotter one in the one to plumb to the exchanger.
                              Will post some pics later.

                              Rusty.
