ARB Deluxe Bull Bar - 120

Ok so looking at an ARB Deluxe bar for my 120 GXL. I will assume it is part number 3221410 for vehicles with flares.

I thought about getting the other one with winch capability but to be honest have no desire for a winch nor the use.

I am curious if anyone can give me some ideas what were the costs for the bar and fitting and also did they have to do suspension at the same time. (Mine is standard at the moment)

I couldn't make the 4x4 show in Brissy on the weekend so rang ARB and said if they could do a show special price I would sign up and pay deposit over the phone but they said not unless I go to the show. I asked the local ARB owner and he said show price will be better than he could do and won't bother him as he will end up with the job anyway.

Shame as I was ready to go with Bar and a Snorkel and a Roof rack but no go so will gather info from above if any of you can share.

If that is the attitude of your local guy ring a few places and get alternative pricing. If you are up for a day trip to Brisbane give Westside a call. They have done some good pricing of late.

yea, i'll second Westside. Mine goes in at the end of the month for a deluxe bar, OME suspension system, UVP and Mickey T ATZ P3's. I've used westside for a long time, been happy with the service and pricing.

Don't suppose you have their number and can recommend someone to talk to there? sometimes people say make sure you talk to Brad or Billy etc.

Yeah I was hoping local bloke would have jumped on it but I don't think he was being rude just answered me straight up that show prices will be better than he could do and he wouldn't be offended if I went and did the deal as he will get the installation so everyone wins.

From memory its about $1900 fitted, they usually add in value with extras' like a full recovery kit or wiring loom rather than discounted price. when I bought my Tent I got and awning and annex for free. that way they dont loose out on the sale % just lower stock levels. I'd just hit someone up for a special or bonus to the value of about $200-300. Thats all it will be.. maybe a free snorkel or fitting??
