What brand and model do you have and what should i stay clear from.

gday tim 84, i brought a reverse camera from supercrap ie. (supercheap) for 79 bucks and wired up a switch to it so i can use it anytime not just reversing, (keep an eye on the idiots behind me), it works well and it also has connections for attaching a collision camera in the future, i spose what im saying is depends how much you want to pay and how good you want it, after all it is only for going backwards eh..

This is the kit fitted to the new work ranger, don't rate the ranger, hilux was better.

Works well and can be turned on any time. Ours doesn't have the parking sensors. Asked the guys that fitted the pod and camera how much, $800 + if they fitted it, $480 and I fit it. Hit good old ebay and found the above camera kit. Looks identical just a bit cheaper.

Just a little larger. Both come with new windscreen mounts to replace the original and are sturdy not like the clip on over the existing mirror types. They support two cameras so add another up front later.

I have a 07/2007 Grande with a reverse camera that doesn't work. Supposed to come up on nav screen when in reverse. Dont know if it is Toyota on original model or aftermarket.
Anybody know who could fixit in Lismore/ Tweed area? May be cheaper to get one from Autocheap.

I have a Waeco RV250 , and very happy with it.
Also have same on back of van and it is most useful when towing.

Have a look at this guide and see if there is anything wrong with your setup. Perhaps a loose wire.
