ARB Winch Bar finally fitted "More Pics"

Just throwing in my 2 cents to add to the debate..lol
I've noticed no difference with the aerial mounted on the bar, I still get great transmit and reception. And I do like the fact it's tucked in behind the bar itself. It helps avoid some of the vegetation trying to remove it at times. If you are worried about having the best aerial position, the ultimate is bang in the middle of the roof.

Agreed, and the tip of the antenna which is whats important to have above the roof line of the vehicle. The signal propogates from there not the base.
