Winch & Hitch receiver setup?

Im in half a mind to get a winch setup for later trips, but my 120 has a non winch arb bar & I cant really be shagged(or justify the $$) to get rid of a perfectly good bar.

I have noticed that you can get a rear hitch receiver cradle setup for winches, which seems like a pretty good idea as it would allow me to keep the current bar as well as have a removable chunk of weight for the daily commute.

Question is, does anyone else run this setup?
And main question is, has anyone used this setup for a front recovery using equaliser strap & front recovery points?

The boss has this set up...He welded a receiver to his arb bar..works fine.
Only problem is it is always in the garage when he need it most.
He now has both
