About 18 months ago, I had a Twine Shower system installed into the Prado by ARB.
The heat exchanger is mounted on the engine. ARB fabricated some S/Steel brackets that are bolted to the engine and the Twine supplied mounts were then bolted to these. The Twine supplied mounts were fairly thin steel (2mm) and have since been replaced, by ARB, with heavier mounts as they cracked thru with the vibration of the engine.
The pump is mounted on a S/Steel plate behind the Bull Bar. The plate is bolted to the D/Side B/Bar support.
The inlet and outlet houses are located between the B/Bar and radiator.
I have had a couple of issues with the Shurflo pump not wanting to pump when I wanted it too. This appears to be water leaking past the seals in the pump head when water is left in the system and causing corrosion to jam the eccentric bearing. Now I just make sure I flush the system and pump it dry when I get home.
