How are the Ironman winches for reliability? I am already thinking of what I can spend money on next. :lol:

I am looking at an Ironman 12000lb with wireless controller and damper mat thrown in for $829 delivered. I gather these will fit into a Sov BB with the appropriate fitting kit from Toyota?

i got around to removing my bar bolts to measure for you.
the bolts you need to source/have i found were,
4of 100mm M10x1.5
4of 45mm M10x1.5

i think i reused the longer bolts as these were silver HT bolts,
but the others i definately got as these were black HT bolts.

when i did mine, toyota give you extra bolts, but they
only secured the bar with 4 threads, no spare thread protruding.
also the longer the bolts (ie my length) the easier to refit the bar/winch.

from memory not alot. 5-10mm, but with no cable.
we then raised the suspension, then fitted the cable.

Well the winch arrived.
The controller is alittle second hand, but it still works. All the gear is there and the cradle should be in newcastle this week.
Shall plan the install in a few weeks... 8)
