The Address for the new TJM Parramatta store is 47 Church St. It is in with one of the car dealer ships there (Holden i think) and only opened last weekend

on an old point an arb rep i asked said only arb new commercial bullbars are made in thailand the one's used manly by fleet and mining the dulux bar is still made hear in oz

Checked out a price at the local vendor in Cairns on Friday. Quoted me $1995.00 plus $270 to fit. Love living in the North, and paying double for everything. Queried the sales guy then and there and the price dropped to $1200.

spoke with local TJM store today and outback bar has arrived. The prado is booked in for fitting on Wednesday.

Do you mind posting a picture after its fitted. I have one on order and was told it should be here (Sydney) in a week or two.

Been given a surprise extra present of being told I can have a snorkel too - gonna have a fair change to the Prado once it's all on (a few other mods too) - time to start the buildup thread i guess..

I'm still keen to hear what options we have for recovery points. I installed my "violet's" DIY points and haven't used them, now it seems I have to uninstall them :roll:

Hi there, i'm still waiting to hear from my dealer here in SA about the new model bar (which I put a deposit on in June). I have rung them in July and August to query the delivery date but before I did this for a third time I thought i'd check your comment about getting a new snorkel. Is this in reference to being 'allowed' :wink: to put one on the vehicle or is it an offer from TJM? If it's a TJM offer, i'd like to know and make confirm i'd be able to get one from my dealer in SA as well. Cheers for any advice.

So What coating/colour comes from the factory? like the bar like the price but not if its $plus plus,then i would rather get the ARB bar!

TJM bar comes with fog lights powder coated, ARB is the plus, plus, plus.

I just hit a roo the other day, so new bull bar for me, Townsville ARB $2371 fitted, Townsville TJM $1700 fitted, $200-300 paint, Mount Isa TJM $1415 fitted and about $200-300 paint.

Hi PP'ers.

I have the new bar sitting at home in the garage gathering dust at this stage. I will hopefully be able to get it on this weekend. I will post up some photo's tomorrow of how she comes out of the box. Weighs about 77kgs from memory. Seems like there should be a few of these bars getting around on some 120's in the next couple of weeks!

Haha, sorry mate - wish it was a special deal. No, it's being allowed from SWMBO!


On another note, I was told today that the bar only comes for flared models (only after I rang to see if it was in and they informed me the order was for a flared model) - and they ordered it without telling me. Bit annoyed but I'm going with it anyway as the price is too good to leave. I'd already planned to get some sort of flares onto the GX so I'll just make them suit.
