Towing Mirrors - will 150 series mirrors fit a 120 series?

Will 150 series mirrors fit a 120 series? If not are modifications reasonable or just don't go there. I'm trying to save a few buck by buying second hand but can't find info in this area. Thanks in advance.

I can now answer my own question. I purchased second hand a set of Clearview Original mirrors that supposedly came off a 2014 150 series. They were a perfect fit for my 2009 120 series. Happy days!☺

Do you think it'll be any different for a 04 Prado??
