150 mirror to fit 120 - is it do-able

I have a pair of 150 mirrors i want to put on my 120 but the plugs are a different outlay, could i just rewire to suit or is there and plug and play system?
Just seeing what my options are, thanks guys!

Do you know the model/year and features on your 120 and 150 mirrors? As I can try finding the wiring diagrams that may help.

Here is what I was able to track down:

120 (controlled directly from the switch)
150 pre Aug 17 (controlled directly from the switch)
150 post Aug 17 (controlled via Body ECU)

Edit: Bit hard to read the pics so if you have the Pre Aug 17 150 mirrors then the mirror pin connections are:

120 Pin / 150 Pin
MR 1 / 3
MF 2 / 9
M+ 7 / 5
MH 6 / 4
MV 3 / 6
Mirror Heater + 5 / 2
Mirror Heater - 4 / 8
