Steel bullbar, but with Toyota Sovereign look?

Hi,
This is our first post on PP. We have been reading lots of articles with great interest... lots of great advice out there!
We are looking to buy a steel bullbar, but I'd prefer if it looked like the Toyota Sovereign. Does anyone have any suggestions of where we could find one? We've tossed up buying an alloy one, but we spend a bit of time travelling around Oz with our camper trailer, so we wanted the extra strength. We realise that a Sovereign look-a-like wouldn't provide the ground clearance that an ARB deluxe bar would, but we're OK with that... we don't do any serious 4WDing.

If we can't find one that suits, I guess we'll probably go for the ARB deluxe bar... does anyone have any photos of one that is colour coded in Dune (gold colour)?

My old work wagon had a standard toyota bar and i am pretty sure that it was steel.

It had the soverign look about it. This was on a GX, Dunno if they did one for a car with the flared guards.

That bar was just powder coated alloy, i don't know of any steel bar like the sovereign bar, the best bet is the ARB or the new TJM also looks similar.

New style TJM outbackbar for 120 series should be available 1st week in August. A few pictures in following link

Thanks very much for the link to the brochure rabs. It's a great compromise between the sovereign look and having it made in steel. I think we'll order one... it's about $1800 for the winch bullbar fitted :shock: !!!! (We're only just started adding accessories to the Prado - after adding BF Goodrich (all terrain) tyres a couple of weeks ago more $$ is frightening)!

I have one on order (hopefully arrives in the next week or so) and the price I was quoted was $1300 fitted

Yeah i am waiting for my T13 Outback bar.
Hopefully the first/second week of August. cost me $1300 fitted..
I was told just after ordering the bar, that they had made a mistake with the costing (computer system) and that the price was going to be put up in the coming weeks. So i was lucky to get the price i did. Looks like a great bar though, it was rated the best bar by 4wd Action Mag..
