    rolling the strap

    Yes Jeff. I've rolled my strap this way for years. Starting just off-centre means the ends are better spread when you finish and it does reduce the time taken to fold it up. Whilst we're on strap tips, I never roll my strap up if I've used it in mud or the like. If it's neatly rolled, its too easy to forget that it needs cleaning when you get home. Chuck in the back messy & you will remember it needs work.
