    Winch cradle / replacement bullbar brackets

    Guys, I seem to be getting conficting stories on this issue. To all those who has just had their bullbar brackets replaced, and had a Toyota winch cradle already fitted ... did they refit your existing winch cradle or supply and fit a different style replacement cradle to suit the new mounting brackets?

    a new winch cradle was fitted to mine when CSE was done (just over 1 month ago).
    i have now removed the toyo bar to fit steel BB. definately a new item.
    i think the old cradle had 1 bracket (were both stiffeners bolted on) in the middle.
    the new cradle has these seperate and closer to chassis points,
    and no lower stiffeners (were my old bash plate mounted to).

      I'll be getting my brackets changed next service and was told by the dealer that they would change the winch cradle also.

        Have previously had the prado booked in for the replacement bar mounts,but at the last minute toyo ealer had to postpone :roll:
        Have not booked in yet but now minister for finance has approved a winch forthis year so i guess i will need to ask for the cradle as well :lol: :idea:
