polishing white paint

Was wondering if anyone had some advice on how to polish out scratches out of white baked on enamel paint? Like a colour match polish or needs a power polished thanks

Trying to polish off scuff marks made from scrapping branches on panels and scratches

The scratches are in the clear coat, try a paint cleaner, then clay bar, then polish, finish with a wax

what sort of paint cleaner some will do more damage than good wont they?? and never heard of a clay bar ???
