Go into the dealership when they're quite busy and start making some noise - seems to get you further than doing it over the phone.

I'd name and shame the sales guy at least anyway... He obviously doesn't care about his reputation.

ID:	637180[/ATTACH]I think i'm just going to give up on it. Truth be told if I did ever bang up the front it would of course more than likely be an insurance job anyway. I'm more just disgusted in the after sales service offered by this dealership. Not being able to get a hold of the guy. Quick texted responses. Tried to give me second hand mats out of a different car (that were full of sand) in place of the new ones agreed in the contract, Lost my service books (then found them again), lost the second key (but supplied a new one 2 weeks later). Gave me a car to drive while they had mine to program the new key that was absolutely filthy inside (pix attached). Just a really sloppy, completely unprofessional experience.

Not bad that they gave you a 150 to drive around. But yeah, not so great customer service.

Forgetting the lack of communication and rubbish issues for the moment the sales guy might have genuinely thought that the bumper needed to be cut because that was his experience with the 150. Just a thought.

When I bought the Grande, I had to take it back to have a few issues sorted. They tried to give me a loan of a Camry in the meantime, but SWMBO insisted on a Prado. We got a manual GXL for the week and appreciated the Grande much more when we got it back.
