Removal & replacement of rear silver trim licence plate lamp assembly..?

I can't seem to find a dedicated thread, or instructions, on how to remove the plastic silver trim assembly that sits above the rear door licence plate (the trim that holds the two licence plate illuminating lamps).

My 2004 VX has the spare tyre under the rear chassis (not bolted upright on the rear door).

Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find step-by-step instructions? Thanks!!

I have the same question... for model 2007 VX 120. (NOT with the tire on the back door, it's the one under the chassis).

The link above seems to be for the model with the tire bolted on the back door. Thanks
