High wind blew my 2006 Grande Prado drivers door open a couple of times against the door strap. The door strap was bent and it hooked the front window channel. The channel was both bent and twisted where the door strap hooked it. Drivers electric window is slow to move up/ down due to bent & twisted window channel. Any ideas how to bend and twist the channel back into shape? I was thinking somehow like how they remove dents in closed panels with long tools? Any ideas please?

A picture is worth a thousand words, post up some of the damage and it will make it easier for people to help. I know we have a few panel beaters on the forum who may be able to help.
