How to remove the rear bumper

Hi,

Does anyone know the proceedure for removing the rear bumper?
The reason I ask is I had a dealer fit the genuin Toyota tow hitch, now the bumper does not match up as snuggley as it used to the rear guards.
Also when you push the side of the the bumper on the drivers side
where the bumper joins the guard it flexes in now and I don't remember it being like that before. The service people say they can't do anything about it as there isn't a clip on that side to hold the bar at the top.

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like they would rather take your money than fix the bumper. If your concerned maybe you can ring another Toyota dealership for advice?

I gather Hong Kong from the username.. Not many Prado's in honkers form what I have seen though.
