    has anyone had this problem?

i've been through a couple of creek crossings in which the initial wave touches the windscreen. would this be the main cause of water int he headlights?

also, how do you dry them out?

    thanks for any help.

Take out the headlight globes and either use compressed air or let them dry naturally. A soft cloth on a stick may sometimes help to get rid of smears but is tricky. (A low temp hair dryer is another trick)

If you're going to wipe it clean be very careful of the reflector. The reflective finish must be very thin as I once tried to clean some lenses and only ended up wiping it off.
