120 VX door panel/trim damaged

The drivers door upper dark section of the inner trim has deteriorated. I would like to purchase a used replacement and there are a number of complete panels around on ebay etc.
I really only need the darker upper section so if it can be separated then that is all that I need however I am unsure whether the item is the same colour/texture in all Prado 120 variations or different for Grande, VX, GXL etc
I have seen them advertised from $50 up to $200 and as i only need a small section the lower the price the better.
Any assistance is appreciated.
