Need assistance installing Slider Steps.

Hey guys,

I need some help from anyone who has installed the Autocraft side steps before. I purchased them from Darren in Victoria, they arrived in the mail and look so solid!
Unfortunately i am only semi-good with all these kinds of hands on things and jobs that should only take me half an hour often take me 2...

I have managed to get one side on fine i think. (it feels solid and i think i have used the right bolts) , but am just wondering whether which bolts were for which ones as i can't seem to get the Rear-passenger side attached (with the L bracket) The bolt is either too short, or too long and would hit the fuel tank?

Ended up dropping the bracket on my head at 11:30pm at night when i was trying to fit them.... which is when i gave up for the night..

if you have enough bolts to finish fitment, then just cut down longer bolt.
it is a hard bracket to fit. on the end of the bolt, put a slight taper to aim alignment.
there is to easy way.
my sliders have a similar bracket for PSR.

The 4 long bolts are meant for the front of the steps. The smallest for the L bracket hole that is closest to the fuel tank.

Note, the factory welds do affect installation of the steps. A way to clear the welds is to drill larger holes (not too large) in the brackets. You should find that when you do this all bolts will fit nicely.
