Doing a caliper rebuild and need to know how to remove the stubborn crud from the piston face that contacts the brake pad rear plate and around the exposed edge. I’ve rubbed most of it off with brake cleaner and a rag and toothbrush but the remaining portion is resistant to current efforts. What’s the best way? It’s not much but I can’t leave it. Nothing abrasive.
