High brake light in rear door

My high brake light in the tailgate is not working, and as a result the shift lock is active.
I pulled out the light, but can't see if there is a replacement globe?
Toyota spare parts list it as a replacement item and want $ 300.
Any thoughts?

Take a look at the ToyoDIY.com site, Mate you might be able to nut something out from the schematic diagrams.
I tried to create a link. Not sure on the pricing and shipping, but I've used this site for the parts diagrams etc.
