auto trans service / oil change

Can any body help on the location of the oil fill for the auto trans or any known tool that is need
wish to change trans oil, and for the life of me cant find any sort of fill point, I been told they are fill for life but the cheapest machcanic is a fillter and oil
and what oil to use --andy

I believe the 07 is different to my 05, i did my filled from the dip stick, and used genuine toyota fluid

The best way to change the fluid is with a "Fluid Flush" machine, you drop off 1 of the trans cooler lines & hook machine in series and it will completely flush system, take all old fluid out & replace with new.
I had mine done & it improved the shift pattern a little.
Most reputable "Auto Trans" specialists will do it for you.

The fill point is located on the passenger side of the box just behind the auto/transfer case split line. Hope that makes sense!

At least that's where it is on my 150s.

If you regularly change your oil the box will reward you with a long and happy life.

Oh and grab the Toyota, oil its only $80 for 4.5 ltr's. Cheap insurance!
