Hi All
own a 03 prado GXL which goes off raod when i can, love that car!!!
Anyway, driving home tonight and I noticed on the display in the dash is highlighting 'R' and 'D'. if i start in 'D' it stays in first gear, start in '3' then it drives normally??
We have had lots of rain and I went through a large puddle last night during the freak storm we had last night in Sydney, drove Ok after that, but the issue started tonight.
Auto is due for a oil purge (4L cycle), but the lights on the dash had me concerned this was more electrical than fluid
looking forward to hearing some wise words of wisdom
